Motel 6 Greensboro, NC - I-40

New management has resulted in a much better experience than past stays over the years. The professionalism, courtesy, eagerness, kindness, and teamwork of the staff has gone thru the roof and made this experience a great one. U can tell by their interaction amongst other that each staff member has one common goal in mind: customer satisfaction. There is quick resolve and response to any guest need or request and the social distancing measures put in place have added a sense of security for ones reduced risk on contracting covid-19. Slightly more work could always be done as with any business, but this one is on its way to making all improvements necessary and the efforts show tremendously!! Keep up the good work!!!

I made a reservation to stay October 15, 2020 via the motel6 website on September 17. When I arrived at the motel on October 15, my reservation was CANCELLED without notifying me! This was unacceptable. The woman at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms with 2 queen beds/non-smoking available, which is what I reserved, but had 1 twin available. I took this room and couldn't have been more disgusted. Upon entering the room, the door was beat and didn't close securely, the room was a smoking room, the bathroom had BLACK MOLD on the ceiling. The other tenants were loud and the area reeked with the smell of marijuana. I did NOT stay the night. I've stayed at Motel 6 in the past but because of this experience, I will NEVER stay at a motel 6 again.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are always there to happily help with any issues that might present itself. If you are a long term patron, the staff seriously becomes family. Gail, Sophia, && the head housekeeper Monique are absolute Angel's as well as the manager Ms.Lisa. would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My stay has not only been an extended one, it has been a pleasant experience; all the way around! Staff is not only professional and polite... they are thorough, and go above and beyond! The front desk is always kind, and apt to help you anyway possible! The rooms are clean, trash is kept up, and the parking lot is litter free! Not only would I recommend this location; I will be returning myself!

Stayed here for 2 days. It was good stay. New staff it’s getting better.
