Wyndham Garden Greensboro

I was hoping to give this hotel more stars, but I simply cannot. The hotel looks nice on the exterior, but it seems a little dated inside. The rooms were decent, but not spectacular by any stretch. I thought it was odd that they didn’t put a top sheet on my bed... just the cited sheet and comforter (which had some stains). The sink in my bathroom had no filter screen on the faucet, so water went everywhere. The drawers on the dresser were not clean.nnBreakfast was decent, but the same thing was served every day (eggs, potatoes, and sausage).nnThe following isn’t necessarily any fault on the hotel, but it brings down the ratings. That is the customers they serve. I had to wear ear plugs at night, because there were always people outside in the parking lot making noise. There was also cars that would sit in the parking lot with their music loud and bass maxed out, so much that it shook the window. And lastly, there was a night that I woke up to the smell of marijuana. After walking around my room, trying to figure out where the smell was coming from, I finally figured out that the hallway wreaked of a strong smell of marijuana. The smell was seeping through the gaping gaps of my door. And of course the front desk can’t do anything because of the time of night. Some Lysol would’ve been nice.nnAll in all, I survived my stay and wasn’t too uncomfortable. But if you’re looking for a nice hotel, I wouldn’t say this will make the cut. It is OK, at best.

This claims to be a 2-Diamond hotel but I ask in what way. The outside curb appeal looks real nice but when it comes to detail on the inside the room, they are in need of an upgrade. Wasn't sure if they were in the middle of renovation or not and my room had a peculiar smell, as if there was a pet in the room previously. On the other hand, I only spent one night so overall the stay was pleasant.nnSide note: the shield at the front desk is a bit overdoing it. I had to basically yell for them to hear me. Felt like I'm at a corner store gas station which is quite uncanny.

Hotel is conveniently located and has a great bar/restaurant attached. Staff was pleasant. Rooms on the other had were dirty and outdated. Bathroom infested with tiny ants. There is mold around the grout that meets the tub and tile. There were hairs (not from ones head) left in thenbathtub and the door to the room had a gaping opening along the hinge side.

Great place to stay. It was a lot better than I thought it would be and the people were so nice.

I have been here at The Wyndham Garden for almost a month, I have absolutely enjoyed the staff, the hotel, and the positivity . Until this evening when assistance manager tells me his opinion, in which was exactly that, and should have never become a treat of him telling me I would have to check out. I have no problems nor do I make them never late on payment and I hold myself to a standard of a business lady.I carry myself as a lady and really upset at his comment to me.compl
