Nice place, but if its completely non-smoking......why I have cigarette burns on the sink? Whatever the security deposits may be, they should be listed on the hotel website. How per room and for what hotel. Just tell there is a deposit. I'm expecting one price and then get i here its more. Oh BTW INTOWN SUITES YOU OWE ME $50

A friend of mine has been staying there for approx. 1 month and until Saturday night (9-5-20) has had no issues. Key card was updated at 6 pm and when we returned to the room @ 8 pm the card world not work, Had to sit outside for 2 hrs while Carl S. worked to get us into the room. There was another tenant that also provided service. Carl had to call the manager, Jason so see what else could be done. The manager shows up just long enough for us to get into the room then he leaves. Mind you the lock doesn't work so once in the room only one of us was able to leave due to not being able to get back into the room. Heard nothing from the manager on Sunday as the office is closed. Heard nothing on Monday (9-7-20) until I called about 2 pm. I talked to Shaun( was unaware that there was an issue) in the front office and she was going to call Jason the manager to see what could be done and that is when Shalonge came by the room about 3pm and brought 2 new key cards as well as tinkered with the lock and was able to get the key cards to work. We both left not long after that and returned to the room at approx. 8 pm and once again we were faced with having issues getting into the room. After a little persistence we were finally able to get in. I have been informed that the key cards are not working today so my friend is unable to to go anywhere because he will not be able to get back in. The manager Jason on Saturday night got an attitude because it was his day off and he had to come help fix the problem. I feel that I and my friend are being inconvenienced because the key cards will not work and the manger could care less. I feel that he - Jason should at least offer us another room for the same price until the issues with the lock is fixed. Overall the stay has been uneventful until this past weekend.

Why is no one at the hotel at night? Covid is not a reason to not have staff 24 7. A night auditor is required at every hotel in case there is a fire or even a domestic dispute and the police have to be called.

Many windows were boarded up and it just seemed like a seedy place to stay. I guess it's somewhere to go when funds, options, and pickings are slim and you just need a roof over your head. If you choose to stay here I would recommend keeping the doors to your car and your room locked.

Excellent staff. Lance goes beyond guests expectations ensuring a delightful stay. Although a bit apprehensive due to the more than affordable weekly rate, after staying one night the realization that I had made a superb choice was visible. My room had all brand new appliances, furniture, paint, bed, flooring and finishes. Thank you Inn Town Suites for all the great hospitality.nMannyman
