Van driver needs improvement

Great service

Very frustrated with this place. When making reservation noted that I needed a late check and asked at check in. Was told I could have late check out of 2. I am here working night shift. The day before it was very loud in the hallway and couldn't sleep much past noon. Thought I would be able to sleep before checking out but at 1215 my door was beat down and I was told they don't do late check out. They did offer to honor it at that point but couldn't sleep after being woke up and told that I was supposed to have left. So if you work nights this isn't the place for you. Rooms are nice and clean. Hallway and elevator smells especially in the evening, even though it is a no smoking hotel. Shower was great but I will not stay here again. There are plenty of other places in the area.

Overall an excellent experience. Staff was polite, professional, helpful, and all experiences were positive! Overall clean environment and if there were issues, the staff addressed them.

Too bad they stopped the breakfast,. They could put out wrapped muffins, fruit,and boxed cereal. Give out coupons for restaurants in the area. Overall the room was good but could still hear the garbage truck in the early morning.
