Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro

I’ve seen better, my room smelled like smoke and was dirty with cigarette buts and ash on the counter tops. The furniture was old and rooms were dated with a very small shower. Refrigerator smelled like mildew and was not clean, the staff in my opinion wasn’t to friendly either, however I was able to get some money off my room from the smoke smell. The fire place was awesome and the different selections of restaurants were great. I will not be returning.

I was accommodated to be able to check in early! They told me that they had rooms with King beds already cleaned. I went to my room and looked over everything only to see that the bathroom had not been completely cleaned. There were still dirt marks left on the toilet seat from previous guests. I had also reserved this room for $120, which included tax, but was charged $150.

The most engaging and friendly staff right from the shuttle van driver Malina to the front desk agents. My air conditioning unit was dispensing condensation and wetting the room carpet. I called the front desk and was given a new room within the hour even though housekeeping was still busy cleaning rooms. Pleasant experience for high-maintenance flight crew.

Nice hotel, excellent staff. Awesome location, very handy for stores and restaurants. Took care of a problem I had with the heating in my room instantly!

Great location. Esthetically pleasing. Cleaning crew doesn't vaccuum well. I wear bedroom shoes so it wasn't the end of the world.
