Hyatt Place Greensboro

This Hotel is Amazing! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time in Greensboro and the staff helped me with great food choices around the area. My room was so clean and smelled like it was just sanitized. I searched this hotel on the Bed Bug Registry and they had NO incidents, that is super important to me. Overall, if you select this hotel you will not be disappointed!nnSave travels!

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only two issues: had to get someone to come look at the toilet as it wouldn't flush and water leaked from the AC unit causing the floor to be wet. Mentioned this to guest services, as they were always kind, respectful and polite to make note of. Rooms didn't come with a microwave but learned upon checking out we could have requested one and they would have provided us with one.

Nice clean room. Not rundown like some other hotels. Front desk staff was pleasant and joy to talk with.

This is a great Hotel!! I stay here all the time because the staff is polite and courteous. The manager Jeff and the other manager Tanya, in particular, are both very accommodating and go out of their way to help you. It's also conveniently located right by the highway, so this is definitely a five-star place!!

Nice, comfortable bed, clean shower, spacious room, praying for you to fix 2nd elevator soon cause we're coming back! ud83dude42nAlso, breakfast biscuits were tasty once they fully thawed to room temperature, but it would have been nice to have some pieces of fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges) and packaged cereal with small milk cartons. Perhaps also saran-wrapped bagels with individual servings of cream cheese and butter.
