Hotel Denim

The hotel was very clean, nice, and quiet. Cassandra, was absolutely wonderful. She made sure my checking in process was quick and informed me of all the available amenities. Cassandra was also professional, friendly, and her personality was delightful! I would book again in the future.

Loved hotel denim. Hard to believe it is the old Battleground Inn. Chic and funky boutique vibe with Greensboro Cone textile history theme. Great location for us when visiting family. Rooms are uniquely designed and comfortable and clean. We'll stay here again. Nice bar and lobby area if you just want to stop in for a drink and small plate.

We stayed here on New Years Eve. There were not many customers but with the pandemic and the Governor’s stay home over the holidays mandate it doesn’t surprise me. We chose to go to a hotel in our city just to give ourselves a nice night out and give them business.nThat being said the hotel is lovely. The employees were friendly. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and most concerning we were double billed. According to the person at the front desk and then the manager someone with a similar last name was there and we were billed for their room as well as ours. It took a couple of weeks but the money was finally returned to our bank account, however, I have concerns about their ability to manage a full house.nAll in all it is a really cute place with wonderful historic nods to the city. I wish my experience had been better.

If you are staying in Greensboro this is the most amazing place to stay. Totally custom and brand new. Felt like an art gallery. Nice spacious clean new rooms and everything denim. Courteous staff and surprisingly they serve food. Will have to stay again. Highly recommend over routine franchise outfits. It even has a fitness center for its size.

I have to say I was less than impressed. We called ahead to see if early check-in was possible and talked to someone at the front desk who rude and less than accommodating. When we arrived, we got settled and visited the hotel bar. They were out of many drinks and the person serving was quite flustered. We asked about late checkout the next day. We were hoping for 12 instead of 11. The front desk person was courteous this time, but let us know that the hotel does not do flexible check out times. For some reason, it also took quite some time for the heat in our room to get above 65 degrees. The hotel was cute, but as guests we felt more like an inconvenience than appreciated customers. We would not recommend and will not be staying again.
