Love where I live every I polite its quite but at the same time you see neighbors walking jogging and just enjoying .Know that weather is nicer i can Enjoy my plants and my flower beds that make me enjoy more my surroundings and nature in its pure natural self. ud83cudf38ud83cudf80♥ufe0f

No issues people are very nice and neighborly.

Buyer Beware: This neighborhood has a strict HOA which is not well run. The board is small(4-5 people) and those people make up the rules for what you can and can't do on your property. The management company (Kohn-Ell) is absolutely no help to the homeowners and only exists to assist the board in their agenda. The neighborhood itself is pretty but there are no real ammenties or benefits to the homeowners.There also seems to be some prejudice between the first phase of the neighborhood and the 2nd and 3rd which are built by different builders. If I had known how much of a pain it would be to deal with the HOA I definitely would have chosen something with neighborhood ammenties or a more central location.
