Brentwood Mobile Home Park

Very upset with this mobile home park I live in! I had called 8 months ago to have a few things fixed in the mobile home and the maintenance guy came out said he would be back to finish it and fix the back door and never came back. Also I have told the guys several times not to spray weed killer in my yard and each time they're out here I catch them half way done spraying and my poor dog has to walk on those chemicals and when im not aware they sprayed and i take my infant outside and she gets exposed to the chemicals as well. And now the lawn care guys are out here on a Sunday blowing up dirt while family is outside trying to enjoy it but has to go back inside. Very unprofessional!

This çommunity is very well kept. It is a wonderful neighborhood to raise kids in. The management and owner's take very good care of the property. The community is also equipped with handicap accessible units. They have public safety patrolling the area which makes me feel safer.

very nasty people work here

This is a quiet place to live and very nice. I live this place. Everyone seems to mind they're business for the most part.

I referred my sister here as I had lived here in the past and they treated her horribly. Lied and told her no applications had been done on the unit that was available and she called in to check status of application and was told were waiting on it to come back. Than later in after was told down payment had already been made this morning but was never informed of this when she had called numerous times.
