Worst pharmacy ever!! They can’t seem to get the simplest things right. Can’t read prescriptions, lie about calling your dr and then blame everything on their I.T department. It’s amazes me that they are still open with all their problems. I would highly recommend that you stay away from them. Their store manger isn’t much better. Tim just seems to support their lies and doesn’t hold them accountable. I guess if you have that type of person at the top it bleeds down to the others. Stay away. Use any other pharmacy but them.

The customer service is absolute trash. I purposely get hung up on as soon as I speak to an agent on call (four different times) and when I come to pick up my prescription in person, the staff are unbelievably rude and not friendly at all. This is the worst Walgreens in Greensboro, save your time and go elsewhere.

10:30pm 09/30/2020nnNo greeting, rude, unprofessional, non customer service oriented, with worst service and no regards to help the customers...nnWhen I walked in not too long ago, an African American lady named Nyrvena with weaved straight hair was standing at the second register. I asked her for a specific pack of cigarettes and she walks straight towards the wrong ones, and then asks me how many like I didn’t just tell her; she had a bad attitude. She then hands my cigarettes to the elderly lady employee (also African American with the French manicure) in front of her to ring me up. She walks away without ringing me up and I was waiting behind another customer.nnThe elderly lady literally rings me up for a single back of cigarettes for $6.32. It charged to the card twice but she was clearly stopping the transaction from going fully through. All I wanted was the cigarettes; transactions showed I was charged twice so I then presented it to a manager after I had to request one because of miss oldie not fulfilling her job to its fullest extent to help customers.nnI was told “oh a receipt wasn’t printed so the money will be back on there”... The manager was a African American lady as well.nnAll three of them deserve to be fired.nnAlso there is another African American male who is manager that I encountered the other day; he does not know what the rewards card is... at all. He should be on the list too.nnI’m sure such bad attitudes and unprofessionalism were not presented on the days they inquired for the job in which they’re currently working. That’s a misrepresentation of themselves and the company.nnThe next day the money never reloaded back on to the card, though I was charged two times for cigarettes.

Zero mask enforcement for staff or customers. One of their managers(no mask in sight) came within a foot of me as I literally leaned against a shelf to attempt to socially distance myself. Another reviewers story of hearing pages for assistance in the aisle they just walked into, I experienced as well. Coming from a retail manager, please fire your management team and start over.
