It should be ZERO stars! I recently switched to this location because it's close to work. I immediately regretted my decision. Every time I go to this place, the service is unbelievably slow. and borderline inept. The woman at the drive through has to be nearly deaf. She takes FOREVER to figure out what you're talking about and subsequently the line of cars stacks up quickly and doesn't move. I waited 25 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. This is my 3rd visit, with the same experience. After trying to communicate with her, I had a question about my script but gave up, parked and went inside. While I was at the counter talking to another associate. Another woman filling pill bottles behind him spilled pills all over the counter AND THE FLOOR!! She picked them all up , stuck them into the bottle, put on the sticker and walked over to give it to the customer in the drive through line without even a second thought. Obviously, this is a normal occurrence and with so much emphasis on cleanliness and safety during the pandemic, seeing someone put pills into a bottle that were laying on the floor is completely unacceptable! The staff is mismanaged, disorganized, unmotivated and clearly doesn't care about customer service or quality. It's deeply disappointing to see people like this entrusted with prescription drugs. Needless to say, I will be changing pharmacies again. I just hope that this will help others avoid this location. The management at the Fleming Road CVS needs to clean house and start over. This place is a disgrace!

I went to pick up my prescriptions last night and had the best experience. Jami was very professional and handled the transaction quickly. She is definitely an asset for your company.

I have never had an issue with my prescription being in stock or ready in a timely manner. Nicole is amazing, she is so helpful and professional. It’s rare to find someone who takes pride in their work or cares about customer satisfaction as she does.

These pharmacy staff are understaffed and work so hard to verify each prescription you get Thanks for all hard work and being customer friendly

We were out of town and I was having an allergic reaction and called the pharmacy to check medication interactions. The pharmacist looked up all my medications, was very nice and answered all my questions.
