Chris and his entire team are incredible! It is hard to find excellent customer service in any industry, and this is exactly what Trek Bicycle Store Greensboro exemplifies. Due to the current demand for bikes and low inventory, I made the drive from Columbia, SC to pick up my bike. These guys know what they are doing, the shop is clean, and they are expanding into a larger location soon! If you are looking for anything bicycle related, look no further. Chris, Steve and all the staff at Trek of Greensboro are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport and the products. They made these first mountain bike purchases for my wife and I actually enjoyable and not to mention they are the only shop within 100 miles that had the full Trek Marlin line up for us to pick from with more than the purple color (I went with the orange marlin 5 and my wife went with the dark aquatic marlin 5, awesome colors and we got to choose on this while in store, despite having ordered purple and dark aquatic). Steve and the crew took the time to install the Kuat Transfer 2 on our vehicle and it did great hauling the bikes. well done guys. we will be back and highly recommend this shop to others!
