These are the nicest people! Bought a Thule stroller there today (and they were so busy so this review says a lot) and this team was incredibly helpful, kind and understood i was in a hurry with 5 year old in tow and a baby at home with a sitter. They even took the time to help me understand the main features of the stroller and the little things that help make it easier. Fantastic experience. Thanks so much.

I love this store, the people are always helpful and nice. Even when I don’t need the help, maybe look ud83dudc40 lost: which is my idle moment— there is help. The process is convenient and easy. Been a me ever for years.

I love REI. However, I cannot wear the mask. For valid reasons. I honestly feel we should all have the choice but anyway on this day I went in the store it felt like a sauna and the staff was constantly telling me I needed to wear a mask over nose and mouth, I repeatedly told them I couldn't and I finally told them I would just leave. They were very rude about it and very nasty. I went in with the intention of spending well over $1000.00 due to an upcoming backpacking trip I was taking. Instead I spent 50 and left. I shop at REI all the time in store and online. It's sad that shopping there isn't a pleasant experience anymore due to Covid, companies independent policies and people who are ignorant or don't understand.
