Fairview inn airport

The first time I stayed here the room was 107 it was actually a little better than expected considering the neighboring motel... Clean no cigarette smell... The last at the desk very friendly... This time I stayed the reservation for Saturday to Sunday for one price however when I finished it was a minute after midnight so my days changed to Sunday to Monday....i called the motel to correct this for tonight Saturday.... The gentleman on the phone bordered on pretty ride and leaving in customer service.... When I was finally able to explain to him that the reservation was started for Saturday but before I was finished it switched days because at was adamant that i had two o'clock Sunday afternoon and stay in the freezing cold all night and that was the whole reason for getting the from because it was before freezing temperatures... He said i couldn't get it the king bed but he had doubled no mind you the price quoted on Priceline for Saturday to Sunday and the room requested was available....i am tied and cold so the bed size is not a big deal.... Then her ran the price through tools me that i was going to be paying 63 dollars instead of 51.... Because... It was the total price of 51. And some odd cents....n smoking....i asked specifically if the price was going to change and was told it was not.. That it was 63 even because it was the Saturday night rate never mind that the Saturday night rate I was quoted two minutes before midnight was the $51 and some odds since however like I said the reservation finished a couple minutes after midnight so the days changed I called the corrected that he did not mention it was going to be more money until I got there like I said he had first rang it up and then he came back and told me it was going to go be $63.51 and he reranged the order okay fine that $12 hurt me because that's what I was going to eat with his I have diabetes somebody send me money so I can get out of the cold because of my health and have something to eat but okay I went ahead pay the $63 figured I talked to whoever did later in the later moment walked in the room that he gave me that was supposed to be double bed non-smoking it wreaked so bad of cigarette smoked when I walked in there room 111 then I almost threw up the TV didn't work did everything was green it turned into everything was green and when you get a halfway decent picture their eyes were flaming green and green coming out their mouth tried to use the phone to call him the phone didn't work so I had to walk all the way back up to the office and let him know that one the room smelled bad at cigarette smoke in there and I'm a non-smoker and the TV wasn't working right he didn't say I apologize I didn't get he just turned around and huffed and puffed made a new key and send me the room 1:15 well one room 115 was clean it smells clean no cigarette smoke the TV works fine but the heat don't work it's warm in here only because it's out of the wind I have the heat on 77 and there's no air even coming out of the machine and it's going to take me forever to get relaxed and now after all this I'm paying more money to get less time because all the jumping around with the rooms and having to walk back up there and wait and understand he's an older gentleman and he moves around but he's not the only one with with health issues and I was fine with that I was only going to get basically enough time to go to sleep but I'm not happy about the fact that one did there was such great price difference when I specifically asked it was going to be the same price as the original reservation price and I was told yes I get here and it's $12 more then the room rent of cigarette smoke and the TV didn't work he switched me to this room and heated doesn't work right and the tub is filthy and the guy was Rude maybe tired all I know is I'm sure I was tired and a little irritable myself and I can get that but customer service is still customer service and it should be helpful and polite

This place is awful. The room isn't clean don't believe the reviews. It's literally falling apart on the inside. I'd rather be in my bullet hole filled tent in afghanistan than stay here again. Like how does it get this bad. I would like a refund. Wish I could post pictures.
