Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro Airport

After staying in the Hampton Inn for the last two weeks, also part of the Hilton group. I was very excited to spend this week here but was disappointed. I know with the pandemic things have been tough on small and large businesses however people are traveling again, working again and staying in a hotel, spending money and being away from family there are just some standards that should be met. Like having coverage at the front desk. Check in was VERY slow but the girl was sweet, next day the keys didn’t work, I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to fix the keys for me. Along with me, a person was waiting to check in and another waiting to buy a water bottle. 25/30 minutes no one on the main floor! Dinner and bar were closed due to lack of staffing. Morning breakfast only 1 person was making breakfast for 15 people. You could see she was frustrated. Hot Breakfast, full service needs at least 2 people but 1 person of course she would be upset. Having at least 2 people to attend the hot breakfast and front desk are the bare minimum you can do.nnHotel was clean, room was good, very quiet due to lack of staffing but I don’t see how this is helping business come back through the doors. Dinner cancelled every night. They gave breakfast/$10 off dinner vouchers to be used but on what? Under staffed to the next level.

Very accommodating. Sought this property specifically for the indoor pool for my 8 year old boys and was disappointed that pool was closed. This is a huge disclaimer that should be included in brochures. General Manager Micheal handled my displeasure with ease and comped' us breakfast. Patrons call any place before you book to confirm any sought after amenities...my fault!nProperty was very clean and welcoming and all staff I encountered were polite and eager to serve. I'd stay here again!

Excellent service and beautiful large room. Slept wonderfully at night with zero disturbances. Pillows and blankets were extremely comfy and warm.

Everyone who i spoken with and dealt with has been very pleasant.
