Hampton Inn Greensboro-Airport

This is one of our favorite hotels when we are in Greensboro. From the minute you check in, they make you feel welcome. On my first and second days, I received text messages from Stephanie, Ashton, and Olajuwon asking if we needed anything. The two lovely ladies serving breakfast were sweet and accommodating. We had a late flight, so Josie accommodated us with a late check out. This is the only hotel we stay in while in Greensboro. The rooms are clean and the staff is amazing.

Absolutely a very pleasurable and highly rated visit. Everything has been clean and sanitized in the room including the lobby which is very impressive. The staff was absolutely very welcoming in my behalf and I definitely felt appreciated to bring my business to their location.nI'm traveling from New Mexico so it's definitely hard to find great places like this on the eastern states with wonderful and professional service, seeing that everything has been sanitized. Thank you for all the employees at this location for their hard dedicated and loyal work. It's definitely appreciated and noticed.

Very friendly staff that were understanding that I just needed to come in and use their bathroom. I was not a guest of the hotel, but I have to travel for work and my Hilton Honors member self gives great reviews to the hotels who provide clean bathrooms to Hilton Honors members during these crazy pandemic times. Some hotels lock their doors to those who are not customers on that particular day, and this will be something I remember for future days when I need a hotel room.

The staff is incredible. We used the hotel for a wedding block and they went above and beyond to accommodate guests. They are really working hard to adapt with all of the Covid regulations and have done a great job in doing so.

Simply, fairly standard but far from the best Hampton I have stayed in. More towards the bottom of that list. Not major disasters and the room was fine for the most part.
