Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport

I stayed there this weekend. The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff was phenomenal. From the moment that we arrived Carol greeted us with superb customer service. Throughout our stay James made sure that we had everything that we needed. From making fresh coffee to ensuring that we had sufficient linen and towels. Every time James or Zakee saw one of us in the hallway or passing through they asked if we needed anything. This was by far the best hospitality that I have ever received from front desk staff while vacationing.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel stay to anyone visiting the Highpoint/ Greensboro area. The Hospitality was indeed by far the Best I’ve encountered in years. James,Zakee, and Carol went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was comfortable. I think I speak for the entire Couples Shower Reservations for the Satisfaction of our stay. You guys were excellent. Keep up the Good work.

Staff and management is amazing, they are super friendly and there to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the bigger room. For the few extra dollars you get a double size room and a two head double shower. They are also tucked in at the ends of the halls so it cuts down on hall noise.

Wonderful staff. Anna was very friendly when I checked in, and then was very helpful later at night when we had to switch rooms due to noisy neighbors. She even helped us the next morning when we were checking out and realized that we didn't have change to tip the cleaning service. All around great service. And the room was clean, cozy, and spacious.

The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. Hours before we checked in the Hotel's system went down, but James and his staff handled things in stride and did their best to accommodate their guests. It is because of their wonderful hospitality that we will be back.nnThe Hotel itself was nice and clean. Our room had a balcony with a large TV at the foot of the bed, perfect for a stay-cation or getaway.
