Home2 Suites by Hilton Greensboro Airport, NC

We came here because there was a huge power outage in our area. Every single room was booked, they were swamped. Even though they were packed, the staff has been incredible! Check in was smooth and easy and the front desk staff was very kind to us. They accommodated us with our requests and we're so friendly and welcoming. You would never know it was packed! I ran into the guest services employee in the hall way and he was almost breaking a sweat from running around. Even still he stopped to greet me and asked how everything was. I let him know they are doing a great job! The beds are very comfy and the rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Home2 suites is the best. When we walked it smelled so good. I could not complain about nothing. The carpet, bathroom, all the appliances, everything was immaculate. I felt really safe and comfortable especially since this day and age with covid. Whoever cleaned this room was doing their best job. I am grateful for choosing Home2 this time.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The 2 staff members that worked there the night everyone realized the power wasn't coming back on deserve awards, raises and promotions for their hospitality and outstanding service! They acted as if they were on live tv the intire time I watched them work. They were yelled at, disrespected and treated as if the cleaning process was their fault. Not once did either of them become loud,, impatient or out of character. They gave my 4 year old, my wife, mini schnauzer and I free snacks and drinks, as well as everyone else that had to wait for hours. A shorter young lady that was on her 13th hour or more working and a tall young black man (that also made my daughter Bianca Mac&cheese while answering phone calls and staff questions) created magic for us behind that welcome desk. ud83dude4fud83cudffd

We stayed at Home2 Suites in Arden, NC and it was wonderful, clean and you felt safe. However, this property didnt live up to what I expect when I stay at a Hilton property. There were crumbs still on the table, the paper towels had orange stain like pizza sauce or something, the linens for the pull out sofa were balled up inside the plastic bag like it had been used instead of neatly folded as I am accustomed to seeing, and the so called mattress for the sofa wasn't even the right size. The wallpaper in the bathroom was bubbled up in the corner and the odor of the carpet as soon as you entered the lobby was smelly like old wet carpet. This hotel needs to be remodeled and maintained per Hilton standards.
