La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greensboro Arpt High Point

Clean and modern Inn. We've stayed here about six months ago and they served buffet breakfast. During this stay the Inn offered a grab and go breakfast nonetheless the website states the Inn is offering breakfast. This needs to be clarified on the website to state that the breakfast is Grab and Go and no sitting in the lounge.nnThe front desk person during check out didn't ask me about our stay.nnGood customer service always involves interaction and speaking to the customer about their stay.nnSadly disappointed.

I was impressed, first time staying at a La Quinta, hotel was overall very clean, I liked the non-rug room flooring with the area rug, the mattress was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and polite.

It was okay, but not really worth the $100 in my opinion. The only pro of our stay was the friendliness of the staff. The “free breakfast” is a cup of peaches and a granola bar in a paper bag, which I know is partially covid19’s fault. But our room had some issues as well. After dinner I went to put my leftovers in the fridge and found an opened can of chicken with a fork in it and some kind of fruit with a fork in it that had been left in the fridge. Additionally, the trash can had no trash bag and there were none in the room.

I do never write reviews. But after staying at this hotel several times, I felt the need to express my gratitude and write this...nnThe General Manager of this hotel, Nikki, is absolutely wonderful. She makes sure that all guests enjoy a comfortable stay at this hotel. She is always kind and respectful.nnAs someone who works in the hospitality industry, you can’t find a better hotel manager than Nikki. James and Florence at the front desk are also great.nnI’ll always choose this hotel for a fair price and superb guest service.

The room was nice and clean. However the outlets didn't work and a fuse blew out puting me in complete darkness. The residents in the nearby rooms were extremely loud all evening. I will not be returning for my next visit which is on a regular basis for business.
