The manager was so nice, had to get 2 rooms, we have been visiting at the hospital. The hotel was so nice and the breakfast was really good. The bed was so comfy. I couldn't have felt more at ease.
I have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Clemmons many times when I visit family. The staff has always been very courteous and friendly. The rooms have been clean and the beds are very comfortable. I take my little dog and the walking area is very convenient. I have no complaints.
I didn't have a bad experience but it was nothing special. It took them about 30 minutes to process my check in when I first arrived. You got very frustrated by that. The remainder of the stay was much more pleasant.
Great location, courteous staff! I always enjoy my stay here. They are kid and pet friendly.Fast WiFi too, it's strongest signal in rooms near vending machines. Free coffee too.
