Quality Inn Clemmons I-40

Worse place I ever been in. The coffee pot in our room was molded. The bathtub had a piece off it that was just lying there. We went to visit our niece. Came back the floor was covered in water. The room like right across was big time water. Pipe was busted upstairs. We had spots come up on our roof. Was worried we would get wet. Terrible place was so disappointed.

Rooms were clean. Some upgrades were noted, there were some beat up areas in the room (missing veneer on the bureau, missing overflow gasket on tub) but nothing gross. Bed comfy, room mostly sound proof, I did hear some walking above me in the evening, but not after I went to bed. I was 2 doors down from ice machine, didn't hear that at all. No breakfast, but overall good stay.

Mold around the tub and shower. Only electric plugs that worked were used by the TV, microwave, fridge and alarm clock. Table lamp was plugged in and that plug didn't work so the lamp didn't work. The usb plug by the bed didn't work. One if the 2 wash clothes was dirty and folded up to look clean. Had to get batteries for the remote it didn't work. They told me they were finishing the renovation in the hotel. I will never stay here again. I should have gone to Raleigh. To were I usually stay. As a Diamond member I am beyond angry. Not even coffee in the morning.

Brittany the front desk clerk was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. She made the hotel stay very nice!

It Smelt like ungroomed Dogs have lived in the last three rooms that I have stayed in. Good customer service though.
