Super 8 by Wyndham Clemmons/Winston-Salem Area I-40

Very clean room. The two cleaning staff members were super nice and helpful. Always there when assistance was needed and gave privacy for my week long stay. There is a pet fee of $25 a night, which was well worth it for my little friend. The front desk lady who appeared to be the owner (or management) was also very kind and accommodating. There was a sign at the front saying no refunds for any amount of days-stayed if the power goes out. That didn’t sit well with me because I left another hotel because of power outage (storms going on during this week). The only way I ended up at this fantastic Super 8 was because I was able to get a refund from the previous hotel. I hope management at the Super 8 can be more empathetic to those who count every dollar as much as they probably do. I would stay again, but be cautious about how many days I book for in case I couldn’t get my money back.

Room was clean but I wanted extra hand soap and extra sugar. When I called I had to go to the lobby to pick it up. Our last night it was noisy where we had difficult time falling asleep

Enjoyed the overall stay and if back that way I will try to book here again.nFelt safe and 'Super 8' clean. It was a nice large room and very quiet. The vending machine was full of snacks both sweet & savory and filled with cold sodas.nI enjoyed my stay here and pray that I get to visit them again soon.nThis place is a treasure for travelers.

Because I Stay Here Alot!! And The Whole Staff is So Wonderful!! Very Friendly and They Will Always Go Above And Beyond For U!! I Would Recommend This Fine Place To Everyone! This Is The Only Place I Will Stay!! Rooms Are Always Very Clean And Sanitized!! Thank You All For All The Hard Work You Do Here To Make This Feel Like Home!! God Bless You All!!

The young desk clerk is rude and has a bad attitude! If you can’t provide decent customer service don’t work in a hospitality environment.
