Residence Inn by Marriott Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

The room I checked into (room 223 on 2/19/21) was not clean. It was dirty. It looked like they vacuumed and that was it. When I pulled back the comforters the sheets had stains on them, and the fridge and mirrors had smudges and prints on them. The counters were not clean. There was no tissue on the rolls in the bathroom. It was so unsanitary. I let the desk clerk know and she didn’t say much and was going to get back to me. But after I saw the traffic that was coming and going I stayed for 30mins and left. I did not ask for a refund. I didn’t want to go through the trouble. I’d advise not to stay here with your family.

This is a nice property. We stayed two nights and appreciated the quality of fixtures in the room which have been recently updated. The fitness room wasn't up to the standard we would've expected from other Residence Inn properties but it was passable.

The room is really nice, the price isn't bad the only reason I give them the vote that I give them is because my last night there they charged 300 dollars they ended up putting it back on but why charge a deposit and then 300 dollars. I asked them why They said because of a audit that doesn't make since.Made me not wanna go again honestly.

Kowee Truesdale made sure that we were accommodated and taken care of after a minor complication upon checking in during our 4 day stay. The hotel was clean and there was round the clock housekeeping that was also very friendly and accommodating! Sasha and David were also very pleasant! This will be our main place to stay when we come to visit!
