Stay here every time we are in Winston-Salem NC

I was so fortunate to stay here. The managers were EXCELLENT! Victor went above his job description when I managed to lock my keys & phone in my trunk, he called multiple locksmiths until I got assistance! I had a long trip; he helped save the day! God bless him and may they prosper on these tumultuous days! Very clean & comfortable stay! Thank you!

Fairfield Inns and Suites takes the health of their staff and guests seriously. Unlike places I have stayed that claim to be covid safe, Fairfield actually enforces the mask rule in their public spaces. In addition, the room is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly. Special thanks go to the lovely lady who presides over breakfast and John, the extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable front desk person.nHighly recommended!

The front desk clerk was amazing. The room was nice and clean. We were very comfortable. When we checked out, we met the GM, who was great!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They are following Covid guidelines so the continental breakfast was scaled back, but that is to be expected. They had a variety of muffins, yogurt and juices. Great location!
