Courtyard by Marriott Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

Convenient location near highway and plenty of restaurants choices. Staff was courtesy and friendly room was clean and comfortable I would have given 4 star however I was surprised of $250 deposit and feel this information should be noted not disclosed when guest check in.. Especially when it was mentioned its by location and food and bar is unavailable Maybe if all amenities was available.. I stayed at a Courtyards in Greensboro didn't have this amount of a hold on my credit card ud83dude12

Great price!!!! Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. Lobby was modern and clean. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast was brown bag due to covid but had plenty of options.

Well I showed up in socks and no face mask, fresh off of work. Patricia made sure to correct that and it got me having a Lil tude. After i came back in, I thought we'd be arguing but she was patient and understanding. She was more than helpful with any issues I had(authorization bank debit, locations, room questions.... and on and on). Sweet lady with an awesome personality. Awesome hotel and VERY clean. Great value for the price. Clean rooms, nice workspace, loved the balcony and the dark curtains.nnOnly thing that’s missing I’d say is hand sanitizers/hand soap in the room. It always baffled me as to why hotels never provided this but during covid times, they just have to.
