Hilton Garden Inn Winston-Salem/Hanes Mall, NC

Wasn’t the worse hotel. Considering I paid $217 for 2 nights wasn’t what I expected it to be. 1. The spa they replaced and put flowers in there when on the website it said they had a spa so don’t expect to be in that. 2. There was rust in our bathroom in the shower area. Those were my only 2 main issues and also it’s $15 for a plate of breakfast unless your a Hilton honor member then it’s free. But, overall the hotel is very nice especially the lobby it was clean and gorgeous in the inside. The staff were very pleasant especially the front desk lady whenever we checked in she was super nice ! The housekeepers were very nice as well. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay in is it worth $105 a night? In my opinion, No.

A way to hide from everything and everyone

Hotel was nicely decorated and rooms were updated. Breakfast was a real deal for family— adult meal was $6.95 and kids eat free with adult meal. Only real complaint was the pool. We chose this hotel specifically b/c they had an indoor pool. It was freezing!!! Kids spent more time in the hot shower than in the pool. Suggestion for mgmt—- if you are going to offer an indoor pool- spend the money to heat it!!!

I absolutely love this hotel, I'm from Ohio and I'm staying here for a week and the staff makes this place absolutely beautiful. It's a beautiful location with beautiful staff members with their own personality as well. We'll be back soon, but I'm going to continue to enjoy it here for the last couple days.

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel. The staff was personable and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Reuben made us feel welcome!
