SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

The SpringHill Suites was reasonably priced, comfortable bed and conveniently located for our needs. They had just started they're free breakfast offer. It's located near the Haynes Mall along with other chain hotels.

People on my floor partying until 3am. Front desk did nothing to shut it down. Refused to serve me coffee because I wasn't wearing a mask. Already had the vaccine and explained that, but they refused to serve me coffee anyway. Will never stay here again. Absolutely worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some real dives. Management better have a continuing education class on customer service immediately.

Ok so I booked 2 rooms 1 king was supposed to be $226 and 1 double was supposed to be $189. They charged me $240 and $204. Very misleading I asked clerk and she said oh $20 extra fee and I would get it back. Nope didn't get it back. When I checked in they didn't tell me about a fee. This has never happened before at any hotel I have stayed at. Hotel was nice rooms small.

Nice and comfortable room. It is a stylish and modern looking space.The AC works well and the bed and bedding are very comfortable. We were awakened by police knocking on the door which was jarring.

I arrived and my double room was not ready, so they put me in a king, which was not ideal since I had to sleep with my son, but it was fine. They did not tell me they would charge me $40 more for the king room, and two phone calls and two promises of this being resolved by a manager has not changed the amount they actually charged me. This should have been a simple fix for a mistake in billing but they can't work it out. There are a million places to stay in this area. Next time I'll go across the street to Home2.
