Seriously if we could give more stars they would get ours. Accommodations are excellent. Greeted by front desk staff and all the staff we encountered super kind and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfy. King bed, comforter and pillow were great we sleep so good. When they say complimentary breakfast its full course. The lady in their dining an serving area she was so friendly made you feel like family. The whole experience was great and have not one negative thing to say. If you are in the Winston Salem area and need a place give them a try.

Nice clean rooms. Great beds soft bedding, Kind staff, Everyone that works here has greeted me with a smile and kindness. I have asked many questions about the area and have yet to be pointed in the wrong direction by the hotel staff. From restaurant choices To Pet Services and shops around Winston Salem, They are willing to help you find what you need. I Have enjoyed my stay here so much I just booked one more night.nEverything In this location feels modern and well maintained. You really feel as if your getting more then your moneys. Just as an example most hotels would charge you a couple bucks for some Advil in a single pack. here for the guests you can get a 3 pack for the same price other hotels would charge you for the single pack. The bath towels are soft and fluffy and the guest supplies go beyond what most hotels have available in room for guests. And unlike 90% of the hotels I have stayed in on this cross country trip during the Corona Pandemic. This hotel and staff have and do go above and beyond to make sure everyone has masks on. and that everything is clean and sterile for everyone's safety. Kinda sad 5 stars in the best I can give them.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Rooms were spotless, had everything we needed. Concierge was GENUINELY kind. Everything was clean and their covid protocols were top notch. Breakfast buffet was delicious AND included in your fee! Pet friendly, too. Location was perfect. Honestly, it's one of my favorite stays and we will definitely stay here again!

My dog and I were welcomed heartily. The staff was very friendly and and helpful. Breakfast was great and protocols seemed to be followed. I was Only there one night but all was well.

Room was awesome. Staff were truly exceptional especially the two in the breakfast area, they truly made it a nice breakfast. The outdoor amenities would be great once its warmer. Would definitely stay there again.
