Store is always so clean and organized. I never have a problem finding an employee for help and they have great inventory!
My word; where to start! The customer service is not bad its just non existent! They have cool stuff, but the store can be a mess in certain sections and I think nobody works there. Every time I go there is nobody there to help me. Last summer I wondered the store for almost an hour! looking for help and nobody ever came out. I just needed help finding the right gear for a hiking trip.
Dan provided excellent customer service! Went to store looking for items shown in stock on line. When unable to locate them, even with the assistance of store associates, he searched for the items and found them. Great shopping experience!
Went to get soccer gear for our daughter. Everyone was super helpful. Directed us to what equipment was needed and the best size for her.
