Baymont by Wyndham Winston Salem

My first room the toilet was clogged up with toilet paper. Was moved to a second room in which the mini fridge didn't work and the TV remote was missing . Moved to a third room before getting a room that was cleaned right and everything worked. The night shift staff was extremely friendly though. However I was woke at 7:15 a.m. by staff knocking at my door telling me that I had to leave because there was complaints of cigarette smoke so I gathered my things and left the hotel only to find that my bank card had been charged the night before $84 for the room for one night and then that morning for $100 without my knowledge I guess it was for the supposed cigarette smoke. I do not smoke and while staying the whole hotel smelt of marijuana. I will be disputing the charges I would like my money back and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff was friendly. A lot of guest tend to hang out in the parking lot but the property was nice and kept up. Lady in the morning when we checked out on Wednesday was very polite. Room furniture a little out of date but room was cleaned well.

It's a very clean,friendly and wonderful service! I was very impressed by how courteous the employees were! I recommend this place very highly! And I about forgot about how close you are to anything that you might need as far as shopping is concerned!

I’ve stayed a few other times in the past, but this stay was definitely better. It’s seems to have done a upgrade on staff and thier cleanliness. Our room was very well cleaned. The evening front desk worker wasn’t very professional. I believe her name was misty. Very loud and not very professional at all. Check out was better than check in. The over all cleanliness was very well. We will definitely return

The lobby great. Our room was horrible. We were in town for a wedding and did not have time to relocate to another hotel. I had to clean the bathroom before I could bathe or use the toilet. After the wedding we changed our clothes and left. $91 wasted. But a hard lesson learned.
