IHG Army Hotels Moon Hall

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. However, the woman who served the complimentary breakfast was unkind to me as an Asian. She didn't respond to my first and last greetings, and responded irritably to my pronunciation. This hotel is where many international military students stay. Therefore, staff working in hotels should understand and help international military students even if their pronunciation is bad. However, during my stay here I was not treated like that by her. I think I deserve a friendly service because I am the one who pays and stays here.

Pretty outdated but still in good condition. Cheap and very accommodating staff.

Updating my review - management responded to my previous review and addressed the very dirty room by placing me in a much cleaner room. I wish it didn't take 8 days to do so, but the room I changed to didn't have the mold or mildew as the original one did, see photos below.

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location on base.

Clean and spacious. The to-go morning breakfast had a nice variety and was well-attended and prompt. An excellent stay for the price. Very pleased.
