Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fayetteville-Fort Bragg, NC

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Room was not as described on their website. Room was booked for 2 adults and 3 children. Website said room could sleep 3 adults and 2 children with a separate living room and bedroom. Room was one room with 2 double beds. When we called the front desk the clerk said he can't control what they write on the website. We asked where a 5th person was supposed to sleep, his response was it wasn't his problem. So we asked for more towels since we booked a room for 5 people and they only provided 2 sets of towels. The only thing we got were towel floor mats. Half of the towels were dirty with hairs on them and worn out so much you could see through them. For the price they charge we should not have had any of these issues, or should at least had a courteous staff.

Time machine to early 90's most of your hotels I've visited were top notch! I remember this location during my younger days. Helping out a friend go into training for a higher rank. The sacrifices I do for people. I hope they remember & be grateful!

Didn't like smelling weed throughout the hotel. The bathroom in my room smelled of weed. Cancelled the next night and couldn't be refunded because of the third party booking. Im very particular about where I lay my head when visiting. Pictures will fool you.. They are in the middle of renovations so the lobby will look better soon hopefully all will look better in the near future

Room was clean. I'd rate room cleanliness as 96%. Hallway and elevator occasionally reeked of marijuana. That's not the hotel's fault. Flooring on pallets in lobby. Elevator floor filthy during entire stay. But at least they wipe elevator walls. No washcloths in bathroom. I went and brought my own. Overgrown weeds in outdoor area in front of freestanding building. It's not too hard to weed wack. Take some pride in your property. Prepackaged breakfast options include pop tart, muffin, sausage biscuits, yogurt, and danish. No beverage other than weak coffee. It wasn't a horrible experience but I'd look for another place to stay when visiting family member stationed in the area.
