Comfort Suites New Bern Near Cherry Point

The room was a nice size. Loved the the hot tub in the room. They have a indoor pool and a fitness room. They also offer breakfast, just depending on how you book the room. After making a reservation if you do it on-line it'll let you know if breakfast is included or not.

Still waiting for a call back. Manager seems to always be in a meeting or off the property. The lady at the desk at night was the only good thing about this place. First room. We went to had trash everywhere and beds weren't made didn't even walk in. Second room had vents laying on the floor first boxers in the closet. Closet door off track and rest against the other door. 3rd room TV didn't work. Had kids with us. It was late. No reason for it.

We booked reservations in advance. We arrived 930pm. First room we got was not cleaned at all from previous people. We got a 2nd room and there were dirty underwear on the floor. Finally got our 3rd room at 11pm. We had 3 small kids with us and traveled 10 hours from out of state. Needless to say we only got 15$ off for all the trouble.... the front desk person was the only person who made it even remotely pleasant.

Clean, quiet, friendly. Pool is still open. Breakfast is a muffin and microwave Jimmy Dean biscuit with coffee and juice. Not bad considering covid restrictions.
