Sleep Inn

Room was very clean, no bugs, bad odors, or other common annoyances. Friendly and informative staff during check in/out. Very comfortable bed. Close to freeway exit, but no noise. Pet friendly as well. Good rate for the stay. No amenities, but all due to the virus.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while on a brief getaway to Blowing Rock, Boone and the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and near plenty of dining options. While the rooms are a little bit dated compared to pricier hotels, this place is a great value. I would return without hesitation.

Room appeared clean but there was a lingering cigarette smell in our non smoking room. The bed was terrible unlike all my other stays, I always stay at the Sleep Inn due to the pleasant experience. I didn't get a good nights sleep at all for $85 bucks.

Most Superior customer service experience ever. Rooms are very up to date modern feel. Parking lot is very clean Very quiet secure. Lobby entry is very appealing. I had the pleasure to be able to be checked in by Lynn Patton. Prior to my arrival I had a minor setback. And my anxiety was through the roof. What I thought that was going to be another disaster turned into a wonderful experience. We ran into a few reservation discrepancies checking in. Very genuine warm. Ms. Patton worked professionally fast and resolved the issue and had us checked in and in our rooms. I recommend this hotel for expdeincy and excellent customer service.

Horrible service i waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter i called but obviously the phone is at the counter.... I had to walk around the entire facility before someone came down to book our room, no apology or explanation as to why no one was im attendance of the front desk... Seemed barely competent to even occupy this job
