Quality Inn

This Hotel is very clean as well as comfortable. They Always have a room. Price is reasonable , most times but others can be pricey. , Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a room close to fast Food , gasoline and grocery stores. There is a swimming pool with a protective fence. No breakfast .

I was really surprised how nice it was!! Clean and comfortable. The sheets were super nice and soft. I was very impressed.

Hospitality was terrible! They took money off my credit card for NO REASON!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I very rarely write negative reviews, but this one is well deserved.nAfter being on the road 17 hours while working, all I wanted was to get warm, take a shower and sleep.nThe room I was put in, no heat. The heater was broken. Would not turn on.nI was moved to a second room, the tub would not drain, so... No shower.nAfter asking for a refund and being denied, I asked for a manager, and was denied.nI called choice privlages, they must have called the hotel because I got fed up and went back to the front desk.nI was then told I could be moved to a room that had 2 queen beds, and was non-smoking. When I explained that wasn't what I paid for, the front desk finally (about 3 hours after arrival) put me in a handicap room, which would have been fine, except it wasn't cleaned (see photos). Tired of fighting I went to sleep, and, as of right now, no resolution is forthcoming. Oh, and the microwave in the third room did not work either.nThe maintenance guy, I noticed, went to both the rooms that I first occupied, and was making repairs.nFront desk told me management refused any refund or extra points as I checked out.nAgain, see photos of what the room I ended up in looked like....nStay away from this hotel!

It was nice hotel. Very clean! I didn't like the receptionist the night we got in. She seemed bothered that we came in. And then while explaining about no breakfast she pointed at the sign and rolled her eyes when asked about boxed breakfast bc other hotels are doing it. I was just curious. In the morning it was different they were nice and said hello.
