Beautiful resort with amazing people. The owner was very accommodating and provided us with all the info we needed. As first timers, we can honestly say there will be a second. Thank you John and the people of WP!

We are in our mid-thirties, I took my husband and my three kids. It's pretty much what I expected. A dated facility, functional, very friendly folks. I saw more young people than I thought I would, which wasn't many. Maybe two couples in their 30s. Management is on site and easily reachable by phone. Upkeep is impeccable, the lawn is mowed and treated for fire ants (though there are still a few). There are inside and outside showers at the bathrooms. There's also a pool shower (indoors and outdoors) and bathrooms at the clubhouse. they are very pet friendly, there was a wide variety of dogs, there is a leash rule but when the dogs are friendly it is casually ignored. Expect some barking. We heard that there are a large number of walking trails through the woods, but didn't have time to check them out. Adjacent neighborhoods are clothing optional so some folks have memberships to come and use the pool at their convenience. I think most of the people we saw there had long-term rentals or had their own RVs parked on site in long-term or purchased spots. There's a lot of personal investment in the spots, plants and decor. It's really an established community, kind of surprising to me that they are so friendly to new folks, given that they know each other so well. Oh, and cigarette smoke. More cigarette smoke than I liked. there's definitely a season when there are way more people and more events, we enjoyed being there for a weekend after labor day, but then Monday and Tuesday it was obvious that everyone had pulled out for the week.

We loved it .... the pool was refreshing and the people where very nice and inviting.. the chairs by the pool where a little old, the club house was nice and big just needs a women's touch.....the only think I didn't like was the bathroom's.

A great resort to unwind and relax. Everyone was so welcoming to us from the first time we stepped foot onto the property. We had a permanent spot for about a year but had to sell. We go back often to reconnect with the many friends that we have made over the years. Thank you John and Jill for the little slice of heaven that you provide!

Very nice and well kept place. However a lot of smokers visit this place. (Staff as well) Restrooms had ashtrays with butts. And people smoking out by the pool everyday. I thought Nudists were into healthy lifestyles. There needs to be a designated smoking area behind the pool and smoke free zones.
