Income-based apartments that are extremely well cared for. The property managers are diligent about enforcing property rules (ex: no smoking in the units), and act quickly if there are any maintenance issues. You will be evicted if you are a trouble tenant. Property has on site gym, laundry, and playground and plenty of parking. A good affordable housing solution for Anson County.
The care and concern this organization puts into its communities is unsurpassed! The quality of training the company invests in its employees is top of the line. Abbington Grove, along with all Boyd managed and owned properties really set the standards of what all property management should follow.nFrom ownership to upper management to site management , it’s obvious that Boyd members strive for the same goal, and that’s greatness rather it be in tenant care over to employee care even vender care , Boyd is undoubtably a 5+ star company!nI have enjoyed every day that I’ve been associated with Boyd and Abbington Grove !
