No matter when you come to pick up a prescription there is no manager at the store lead is never available to see what’s going on as to why the line is backed up and I’ve been the third person in line for the last 30 minutes. Lousy service at pharmacy drive thru and Walgreens management. They sound like they just don’t give a dam when they answer the phone. Brianna was the so called lead person today!!
Absolute worst pharmacy in the Walgreens system. Currently I’m sitting in the drive-through, which should only be for drop-offs and pickups and I’ve been here for 20 minutes. The car currently at the tube side has been there for at least 15 minutes. Apparently staff is filling prescriptions while people wait!! I still have 2 more cars in front of me. LAST TIME I EVER COME HERE!!!
Every time I go there to get my prescriptions., it gets worse!! I wait in line anywhere from 39-40 minutes!!!
They were super helpful when I needed assistance getting some meds.
