Wish there was a way to give no star. It's best if you do all the leg work for your prescriptions because the best this pharmacy can do is a one time fax to your doctor. No call backs or checkups to see why a week may have passed and they still haven't received a refill order. You are just a number to these people who can't for the life of them figure out why your upset that a prescription that you have been getting filled by them for over a decade isn't ready because they've put forth the bare minimum of effort to help you out.nnAgain wish no stars was an option.

There is a pharmacist working there that has absolutely no business being there! She is the rudest and because of her I will never go back..... I went to pick up my sons medication and she made him feel so uncomfortable and was very rude towards me. She told me she wasn’t filling his much needed prescription until she talked to the doctor when I asked why she told me because of previous medicine he had been on I explained that he was no longer taking that the doctor was swapping from that to the new medicine called in and this woman looked at me and said and who are you in the rudest tone! After waiting for awhile they finally filled it and it was an injection that he’s never had and they told me to go back to the doctor if I needed information on how to give it I was just in shock so I asked where I get the syringes to give the injection and you would have thought I was doing something illegal by the way I was treated and there was another lady that had walked up to fill a prescription and she was also very rude to her asking what her diagnosis was to need this medication and treated her like a criminal it was awful. First of all nobody should be treated that way and second of all nobody should be questioned that loud in front of other customers so that we all knew her all of her information. Absolutely the worst experience ever

Walmart Pharmacy was great at first (5 years) but have gone down hill quickly. I have gone there multiple times lately having been informed by Text that my RX s were ready.. only to be told they were not ready. Now I am out of the RX I need because they say it’s in need of renewal by the Dr. It’s a holiday... Dr not available...no insulin...no suggestions other then get out of our line. I won’t go back.nMust be different management with the new people. For years they’ve had my business but I’m going to try elsewhere.
