The pharmacist seems knowledgeable and helpful. One of the pharmacy staff members is also very helpful and nice but sometimes is too nice trying to offer advice that she may not be qualified to comment about. There are others in the pharmacy that act like they would rather be anywhere else but there and make you feel as if you are a huge pain. Staff in the front (non-pharmacy staff) are very friendly and seem helpful.

Unprofessional, dishonest, rude, poor quality of care and patient privacy is not protected. Countless bad experiences, over and over. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have used.

This is one of the worst pharmacies that I have ever delt with. I deal with another CVS in another state on a regular basis and I NEVER have any issues with the exact same prescriptions. My medications are rarely ready when I’m told they’ll be ready. Many times I have called, been told my medicine would be ready at a certain time, show up to get it and not only is it not ready, I have to wait another day or two to get it. They consistently have to order medications that other CVS pharmacies keep in stock. There is not one time, that getting my prescriptions filled, goes smoothly. If I didn’t have to use this pharmacy, believe me, I wouldn’t.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy in my entire life. Brought prescription in at 2:00 and was told it would be an hour. That was bad enough, but I just went back at 5:30 and was told it would be another 2 hours. After complaining they went ahead and filled it, but it was wrong. Terrible, terrible pharmacy. Do NOT use this pharmacy.

The incompetency of this pharmacy is mind boggling. They screw up prescriptions, then blame the doctor and insurance companies. They are rude and do not care about customers.
