Don’t even try to call them. They will let you sit & wait on hold for the max time (roughly 20 minutes), then your call will be disconnected.nAlso, I have a really hard time believing that two generic prescriptions that are $5 each at competitors are $120 here.nUse Kroger pharmacy. Save your VALUABLE time.

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy to get medicine because they won’t pick up. They will leave you on hold day after day after day after day.

I love the store but after 20yrs of business I am NOT HAPPY with the manager Brian and his customer service. He fail to want to work nicely with me and others as I visited and watched on. The power is to much for him. Training WOULD be nice for Brian.nI never,never had a problem with the other managers at this location. Their sale items, they only put two to four items on the shelves at a set time. Monitoring closely to ensure you come in to shop BUT not BUY many of one item.nTHAT SAY A LOT...! The manager has the right to monitor your purchase and to ensure your limit of a sale item is NOT GREATER THEN four items, per Brian.nIs CVS in the business of moving product or storing product? Is this just a gimmick for you to stop in to shop?nThe African American lady is pleasant. They are reasonable and aimed to PLEASE the customers. The pharmacy is helpful, helping me to locate Sudafed and other items.

This review is for the store portion, I haven’t used the pharmacy side. Overall layout was logical and the store was clean. The employees I encountered were all very friendly as well!
