I like this store for many reasons, but the hours of operation are listed incorrectly. They are not 24 hours as stated in this listing. I was there at 3 am this morning and the store was closed with doors locked. Please update your correct hours of operation.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. While trying to fill a prescription, the “head pharmacist” basically insinuated that I was a drug addict, and refused to fill my prescription. When asked what policy prevented her from doing such, she simply explained that she is allowed to refuse service at any time. Between refusing to inform me of the policy, being forwardly discriminatory, and citing multiple pieces of incorrect information over a two day period; I’m sure the FDA and BBB should take a look at this place. Absolute nightmare.

If it’s not a tremendous line inside and outside the store , It’s an issue every time I visit. This time a prescription that have been filled one day before was unavailable when I arrived. Upon looking at my information the pharmacist stated only one prescription is ready and I would have to pay 137 for the other prescription because my insurance wasn’t up-to-date . After proving that it was by displaying my up to date card. The issue then become “well it’s not ready, it was automatically generated and you have to wait 20 minutes ( after waiting a little longer than that in the line outside). I have come to the conclusion that the pharmacist here at this Clinton MS. location will say whatever just to get you out of the line, so they can move onto the next person. Which to me is bad business when you’re taking orders and issuing out something as essential as prescriptions.

Management is not the best. Hours are unreliable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Photo section is less than dependable about getting prints prepared when promised.

You can't get anyone on the phone and recording says meds are ready. I went waited for over an hour because it wasn't ready. Manager was indifferent and uncaring. More interested in checking out for worker than helping.
