I have used this pharmacy for several years now. Last month I had a prescription filled at this store. When I got home I realized that my prescription was short 30 of the 90 pills. So I called to see what actions could be done to verify the correct amount was bottled. They placed me on hold and claimed to do a physical count but everything was correct. So I decided to go to in a speak with someone in person to hopefully yield a more absolute answer. Well wouldn't you know it's the same pharmacist and tech. Who promptly informed me they filled my script and knew they didn't make any mistakes and refused to check the cameras. So I suffered through the entire month.nFast forward a month I just got my refill with the correct number of pills but it's an extra 23$ than filling previously. I can't continue to be taken advantage of like this and will be moving everything a cross the street to Walmart.

By far, the worst pharmacy in the state of MS. Pharmacists are rude and lazy. Highly don’t recommend using them if you have a choice. I’ve been going to them for 5 years and i’ve only had good service with one employee who no longer works there due to moving locations. They could really use an employee customer training camp-or hire better experienced staff.

We used this Walgreen's pretty regularly and we generally enjoy the staff (most of them are very friendly and helpful), but their pharmacy has been atrocious for the last several months. Today was the final straw.nnMy husband needed a special cough medicine for this respiratory infection he's currently dealing with, and they filled three other prescriptions without giving us the fourth back when they informed us that they wouldn't have more of that medicine for another two weeks (by which time filling it would be pointless), and this is after sitting in line for a ludicrous amount of time. I go back to get the script so maybe I can fill it somewhere else and, after sitting in line again for over half an hour, was told they had it but just couldn't get the insurance to recognize it, so I said I'd pay for it without insurance. So I circle back to give them time to actually fill the bottle, and by the time I get to the drive thru again, I'm told they actually DON'T have it and they can give me the script back like I had requested 45 minutes earlier. They literally sat and wasted my time after I tried to verify TWICE that they actually had the medicine when earlier they said they didn't.nnIt's like there's no communication going on up there, and they're taking on entirely too many orders with not enough employees to help fill them and no system for communicating shortages or problems. They don't attempt to move your script to a different store that has he medicine in stock, or pay attention to whether they've given your script back or not, and their mistake costs you nearly an hour of your time.nnTheir pharmacy needs to get it together. And if it's DEA/regulation issues, then maybe they ought to do what every other corporation does and whine about their profits loudly enough the the government caves and gives them their way. Anything to fix this horrible turn their service has taken, because this simply isn't acceptable. We're going elsewhere from now on.

Untrained pharm tech and both pharmacists were VERY rude. Kept making me drive around bc my Rx weren’t ready. 2.5 hours later I finally got my 3 Rx...seems one was “misplaced.” Scary. Definitely transferred to another pharmacy ASAP and contacting the Pharmacy Board
