Customer service is HORRIBLE! I call to get my prescriptions transferred, the guy tried to have me call the other pharmacy myself! Like it’s YOUR job to do that, not mine. The pharmacy in Canton has way better customer service then it took over an hour for me to get my medicine. The workers seem like they just want you to get out the way. Besides Chelsea, she was sweet. But they never answer the phone!!! Like it literally rings hundreds of times. And I had to go thru the prompts 4x before they answered my call. Ridiculous

So all Walmart seem about the same to me. I will say the employees here seem to hate life more than usual. They are pretty dejected looking. The store is fine otherwise. Decently clean.

This is the worse place one could get their meds from. I have been waiting on my medication since Tuesday. Here it is Saturday and they tell me they won't get the meds in until monday. So you mean to tell me it takes almost a whole week to get your shipments in. Then the dude had the nerve to tell me i might need to transfer it else where and hung up in my face. I could see if I was rude, but I wasn't. I didn't state any of the things I was thinking in my mind. Then I had to call and push the 0, 11 times before anyone answered.
