One star is honestly too much for this pharmacy. I believe the staff at McDonald’s could do a better job in this pharmacy. Was told yesterday it would be another hour before my prescription was ready so I waited till today to go get it... over 24 hours later and it’s still not ready. After waiting 2 hours in line I left without my medication. Can not wait till all my stuff is transferred to Polks because Kroger pharmacists are a joke.

The service at this pharmacy is awful. As stated in other reviews, the problems have started in the last five or six months. It is extremely understaffed. Only four people in the pharmacy: one at the walk up window, one at drive through, and two pharmacists. For nine people out out of ten, the prescription is not ready, so that pharm assistant goes to get it filled while the customer waits. So that window is shut down for five to ten minutes, with people waiting in line behind that customer. The line gets longer and longer, people having to wait over an hour in line just to get up to the window, to be told that they are out of the med, or that it was not called in by the doctor, or that it is “being worked on”. I was told that it is hard to hire help because of regulations and requirements, and that the pay is not attractive enough to make it worth that effort. They don’t even try to answer the phone when the customer calls to inquire about a prescription. The personnel are friendly enough, but that does not offset the TERRIBLE SERVICE

This pharmacy was good many years ago. Now they are the absolute worst! Our last prescription we tried to get filled here has been there for 3 days and they STILL didn’t have it ready today. And most of the people that work there now are so rude. Absolutely pathetic. Do yourself a favor and take your business ANYWHERE else!

The worst pharmacy in Richland...I thought Walmart was bad... these people are worst... their computer systems keeps crashing... I think the people who are using the system is uneducated... can't be trained... if Kroger do any training... they hire exWalmart associates... they are processing the covid-19 vaccination as a scram ... they claim they can only take insured people ... this is incorrect...all Americans... should get the vaccination... even if you are not insured ... it should be free... but they charge your insurance company ... so they can get their money up front... don't shop this Kroger or any Kroger

if i could give 0 i would. yelled at my mother and sister because THEY didn’t have a medicine in stock and wouldn’t even tell before waiting in line. this has happened many times. rude. terrible. moving to walmart.
