This Afternoon, the Pharmacist on duty was AWESOME!! He was very professional and went that extra mile to resolve my issue with the Pharmacy TechnI just want to thank this Pharmacist for his exceptional customer service

The pharmacy is always slow. They can see the line is long with one cashier...they do not come from behind the counter to help check out. I mean 4 or 5 people in the back with one cashier...nIt irks me when I have to call to check on my meds for them to tell me we have not started on it yet. If I place my order before 8AM....why delay it until 5PM or the next day?nThen, they do not honor GoodRX or GoodRX Plus for people with insurance. They fail to realize not of my meds are covered by my insurance. This program helps me save $40 to $200.

Called ahead for medication at the pharmacy and was told 15 minutes waited 40 and was charged more.. Only reason I gave a star was to comment how slow the pharmacy is and calling doesn't matter.

Wish I only have 1 horrible experience but I have 2 within a 2 week period .nTwo weeks ago my husband and I had to go get prescriptions filled because both of us had the flu. After dropping the prescriptions off we went shopping to grab some things and come back 20 minutes later for our prescription not to be ready. Then I had to sit down for another 10-15 minutes waiting. I told the lady at the front counter that both of us have the flu we need to get out of there ASAP. I wasn’t just thinking of myself but the other people I was possibly giving the flu to because they was taking their time getting me out of there. We was the only people waiting so I did not understand why it was taking so long. On top of that one of my medication they did not have in stock. Why didn’t tell me this while I was sitting waiting.nThen today my daughters doctor called in a prescription for her. I called in around 3 hours after I talked with the nurse. The lady on the phone stated it was not quite ready. So to me that means they are working on it. My husband shows up to the pharmacy 30 minutes after my phone conversation. They tell him they haven’t even started filling it!!! Said it wasn’t approved on my insurance and asked if we wanted to fill it. Why wasn’t this question asked when I called in? I have no clue what is going on at this location. Maybe need more and better training. After today I will be using a different pharmacy.
