Location was fantastic. We didn't want to stay on the strip so this was a good area. Rooms were fairly large and comfy. Ac worked great. Laundry on site so it made it nice for being on the road for 7 days. Building is beautiful and clean. Staff are super friendly. They did offer cold breakfast which is more than most given this Covid Junk. For sure recommend and plan on staying in the future.
We had NO hot water. A gentleman that worked there asked us in the hall how everything was and we told him and his response was.. still? I told the clerk at the desk and she acted like I didn't even speak to her - totally ignored me. We go to Branson about 8 times a year but won't stay here again. They KNEW there was an issue with the hot water and still rented us a room at full price. Unacceptable!

This hotel was a great deal and we loved staying here. It’s great for the price and the staff was so friendly!! We will be staying here again when we come back. Even with COVID they still provided breakfast and coffee which I was so so so thankful for.
The whole experience was awesome. I am in town working and have stayed here for about 6 weeks so far and will be here till September. The rooms are nice and spacious. the beds are surprisingly comfortable. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I leave for work before breakfast and they allow me to get pastries and muffins etc, the night before. The house keepers do a fantastic job and I always come back to a spotless room. If you're looking for a place in Branson that's clean , safe, and quiet then you must stay here. Best hotel experience I have had in all my time traveling for work.
