The walls are super thin, leaving you with hearing every noise the neighbor makes in the cabins. Kids screaming, running, parents yelling. Tried to switch rooms, unfortunately it was booked due to spring break. I wish their website informed possible guest of spring break and what's in store, because I wouldn't have came this weekend. We were looking for a fun couple weekend away. The price for our room was high for a simple, small king room. I have a feeling prices were increased for the break. We had a left over wash cloth from previous occupants, dusting is next to none, carpet had not been vacuumed, and our ceiling fan didn't work. The security guy at gates was the nicest and friendliest employee they have working. And they try to sell you a timeshare/club thing but only if you make a certain amount of money, which the women made us feel as if we were beneath staying due to us being self employed and under the income requirements. We live a simple, semi life off the grid, we love it, and why we have money to spend for getaways. I won't be returning unless we can book a single room cabin.

Big resort. With Cabins very large property.... Double bedrooms are as individual and park right in front. 3 pools, miniature golfing, basketball court, jacuzzi inside and outside. Lots of other size cabins. Very family-friendly. Pretty friendly. Starbucks is on the property. Drafts restaurant is on site. Only thing everything closed at 8pm. Security gate. Fast room service. This is just Day 1.

Our stay was excellent! Johnny and the entire Westgate team were great. Johnny made sure we were aware of all upcoming events. There was enough activities on site we didn’t have to leave. We used the marketplace and restaurant and totally enjoyed the pizza! Will definitely return with grandkids again!

Our room was unbelievable and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. We were a little disappointed with the indoor pool however, that was personal preference. Our rate was very reasonable. The most impressive part was this is a gated property. We felt very safe. The on site market was impressively stocked and Starbucks on site was a major plus.
