BEST VALUE I'VE EVER GOTTEN. The staff really cares about this property and it shows!! It's cute and quaint with an elaborate lobby and modern room furnishings. The pool was a warm 85 degrees and perfect for swimming even with snow on the ground outside. There's even a changing room in the pool area to help with drying off before braving the harsh weather outside. Breakfast was warm with plenty of options for various dietary restrictions. The rooms were clean and our stay feels like a steal for the price we paid. Thank you, Dolly, for everything! We'll DEFINITELY be back.

Their free breakfast is delicious, the rooms are nice however if you’re staying long they won’t clean the room they just take towels and change trash. The rooms are nice but outdated, the tv barely worked. The pool and hot tub are great! My only complaint about the pool is that the “5ft” is NOT 5ft, it’s 6ft. I’m 5’3 and it went way over my head when touching the floor. The 1st floor had a rank smell to it the first few days, I’m not sure what that was about but I’m glad I was on the 3rd floor. The front desk people were very nice, they do not offer room service. Over all it was a good stay and I would stay at the Branson towers hotel again. The overall value was one of the best around!

Thin walls and ceilings made the hotel very loud. The window units were also loud and didn’t do much to cool down the room. The reason we came, my wife’s fond memories of ice cream in the evening and live piano, were both completely absent from our experience. They claimed it was about COVID yet still served breakfast and allowed large gatherings. Seemed like they wanted to cut expenses and keep their rates the same

Deceit for the price. The carpet is old. My room was not a 5 star but I would stay again. the pool was nice. Wish they had a inside walkway for when it is cold outside. The biscuit, sausage and gravy was the best.

Really enjoyed staying here. They environment was quiet. They had a indoor pool and hot tub, free hot breakfast and the front desk clerk was very polite and efficient!
