The room had many defective items. There was sharp metal pieces of the heat/ac unit sticking out. There was a wall light that had a missing/ busted switch. The other wall light near the bed had the wire exiting halfway down the metal protective sheathing (wire was obviously too short to reach outlet). The door wouldn’t lock from the inside and the clasp style safety lock looked like it was about to fall out of the wall.nThe room was relatively clean though. Oh and the sink and shower drained super slow. Who likes wading in dirty shower water? I don’t! The toilet wobbled pretty bad and you had to hold the handle down to flush. I should have asked for another room but I was very tired.nI drive truck and had to have my truck towed next morning and had to stay in the area another night. I decided to walk to another hotel (10 minutes).nI wish I took pictures. It was as bad as it sounds.nDue to the fact that there was multiple serious safety issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff as very confused on how to find my reservation in fact they did not find it I had to rebook and pay again and then go back to the booking site and ask them for a refund. It took about an hour to get into our room and at least another hour trying to get my refund.nnAs far as the room no Kleenex, rusty hardware in the bathroom.nBeds were comfortable and choice of firmness of pillows. So if your looking for just a night of sleep that you might get when you make it to your room.

Tony E was the front desk/night auditor who helped us to get a room last night. He was super friendly, very helpful, and polite!! I’m really glad that he was the worker last night.nnFirst, he gave us a room on the first floor that was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled really bad like cigarettes. We let him know and he got us a different room on the second floor. The keys that he gave us didn’t work even though it was supposed to. Then he moved us again and this time, upgraded us to a suite. I liked how our new room didn’t have neighbors as it had 2 exterior walls, 1 wall separating the parlor and the room and the bathroom, and 1 wall facing the hallway.nnIn the morning, we got breakfast which was included. It came with a muffin, fruit cup, and a granola bar. This was the only place that we stayed at in the 2 weeks we had vacation that served breakfast during COVID. My experience was very pleasant at this hotel.

Nice rooms for great price. There are balcony rooms and some rooms have sitting area with fold out sofa with separate bedroom with a door. Great for a family of 3 or 4 (2kids, 2adults)

The staff were all incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. It was a good value for the money I paid. The downside is that the whole place seemed to be in a state of disrepair.nDISCLAIMER: It is the midst of a pandemic and the hotel industry has been devastated by this. But the curtains kept falling off the track there was random spray paint on the balcony, and I had to change rooms partway through my stay as a fuse blew. The outlet covers and cable covers were coming out of the walls and the carpet and light fixtures were quite stained.nOverall the rooms were clean, but the hotel itself has fallen on hard times. I got the impression of a struggling business where the staff were desperately trying to keep the place going and pleasant for the remaining customers.
